Unfortunately, the last group were on th 18th green when there was a sudden cloud burst but they made it to the shelter of the Clubhouse before getting a soaking. The course, as mentioned on Tuesdays report, is in very good condition and all the players enjoyed their games even though there were testing conditions with the strong, blustery winds. After the game everybody enjoyed a drink and a chat in the bar before sitting down to another excellent meal. The Home Team were comfortable winners on the day but they know that the away game at Dinas Powis Golf Club in Septemeber will be a tough challenge.

After the match players gathered together in the Bar where they quenched their thirsts before sitting down to a very enjoyable meal.
