£64.95 per person (£35.95 for children up to age 12) 


Chef's Canapés, glass of sparkling wine and a Deluke Cracker


Chef's own winter vegetable soup, with freshly baked herb ciabatta bread 


Smoked salmon and Atlantic prawns with Marie Rose sauce 


Raspberry and Prosecco sorbet (v)


Roast prime Welsh beef and Yorkshire Pudding and horseradish sauce or

Bronzed turkey crown with bacon curls and homemade cranberry and sage stuffing or

Gower sea bass roulade with fresh asparagus and a Veronique grape and white wine sauce or

Roast nut and spinach Wellington with port wine reduction (v)

All served with seasonal vegetables


Traditional Christmas pudding and brandy sauce or

Vanilla cheesecake with winter berries or
A selection of Welsh cheeses from the cheeseboard with grapes, celery and red onion marmalade

Deposit of £25 per person when making reservation

All balances to be paid THREE WEEKS prior to 25th December.  Please note sittings are  12 noon for 12.30pm until finish and 12.30 for 1pm until finish.      Please inform us at the time of your booking your menu choice, the numbers of your party and the sitting you require.  Maximum of 40 per sitting.
